Genevieve M Boland, MD, PhD

Very simply, I feel blessed to have Dr. Boland as my guide through my melanoma removal and my long-term plan of care. She is spectacular in every way - clearly excellent at what she does, very warm "bedside manner," and from the moment I met her I felt like she wasn't just dictating to me - she was listening to me, and shaped our long-term strategy around what I would prefer as our path forward. She is a true gem of your organization, and I thank you for having such an outstanding care provider available to someone in my situation.

Dr. Boland is humble and caring. She is brilliant and always on top of my complex medical issues. I trust her implicitly, knowing she works closely with my Oncologist, [redacted], M.D. and also regularly reviews my case with colleagues through the Tumor Board. Very Thankful to have Dr. Boland as my Surgeon.

She was so compassionate, was able to explain things in a way that we could understand, found that there was a sense of urgency for the care and where do we go from here, explained every step of the way, followed up. I could not have asked for a better provider. Amazing.

If I asked a question while she was taking notes, she stopped, looked me in the eye and heard what I had to say. Although this is what she does every day, it never escaped her that this was a very big heavy appointment for me. She can't be beat, as a doctor, or a human.
