Yes, I was specifically looking for a provider that had an athletic background or an athletic focus, and Dr. Webb had exactly that. So I was very pleased.

I found the receptionist spoke very loudly, which didn't help with confidentiality. Perhaps she assumed people were hard of hearing. I'm not sure how one deals with this.

The visit was great, I have been having shoulder issues for quite some time, and after PT did not help the pain he requested an MRI to determine exactly what is causing the pain.

Dr. Webb was fine, he looked at x-rays, checked shoulder/arm, and recommended the treatment I had hoped for.

I saw Dr. Webb as well as [redacted], his PA, and they both are fantastic, very receptive and informative on what was going on, and they got me in right away to the shoulder surgery that I needed.

I completely trust Dr. Webb. He has done a previous intensive surgery repair on my shoulder and I consider that shoulder, to be one of the strongest parts of my body now. He listens. He gives excellent advice. We work together to get my body working properly.

I've seen this provider a number of times altogether and am always most definitely always satisfied

Dismissive, rushed, showed little or no compassion. Was in a rush; opened the door while we were still talking. Stood up most of the visit. The room was so tiny that it felt like he was looming over me.
