My visit started with the Dr. G. Parmar's Fellow. His was Fantastic. He listened, heard me and educated me on my new incidental finding of FMD. His approach and his review of my scans with me reduced my anxiety and prepared me well to speak and understand my visit with Dr. Parmar.

I went to see Dr Parmar for the first time for what I thought was something serious. He was very reassuring that I was going to be fine. He explained everything to me, what I should do and what symptoms to be aware of and concerned about going forward. I walked out of the visit very relieved and happy.

It was a team effort between the physician and his assistant, who was also a physician, I believe, probably a resident, something like that. The resident was excellent, did a wonderful job. After he had finished talking with me, the physician came in, Dr. Parmar, and basically recounted what had been learned, and I learned some new stuff. And that was good. This was my first visit with Dr. Parmar. I was there for a vascular consult. Dr. Parmar checked my pulse rate from head to toe and assured me that there didn't seem to be obvious problems. He recommended a test to look further which I agreed to, and an appointment was scheduled.
