My provider is very thoughtful and thorough in providing care. She explains things clearly. I very much appreciate how she follows up with me about lab and test results. I am also impressed that she comes herself to the waiting room to get me for my appointment.

Hi, the only problem I had with my visit was pronouncing the doctor's name, so I refer to her as Dr. P. She was just terrific. She covered everything. She knew when I brought up recent health issues, she knew all about them, and so that made me feel really comfortable. And I do believe that I made an error in pressing one for one of the nurse questions. I wish that I had the nurse's name, but I didn't get it. But she was just terrific and very helpful. And overall, the visit was really terrific. And I look forward to getting my yearly shot. Thank you.

Dr. GARYFALLIA PAPAIOANNOU took time to explain her findings and recommendations in a clear manner. She also provided me with additional information on sources of calcium that were very helpful to me.

I would most definitely recommend this care provider; however I would warn them that the reception area personnel were not up to par with the rest of the health care staff. I have had plenty of positive experiences with other providers at MGH, so this was quite unexpected.
