Yes, I was very pleased to meet with Dr. Shankar. He seems to be a wonderful doctor as well as a great human being. He was recommended to me at first by a friend of mine who was a patient of his. And then I was pleased to find out that my doctor, Dr. [redacted] from Spalding Rehab, suggested I see him for my problem. And I've seen a few doctors and he finally, worked with me where I live, so to speak. And he made me feel very positive and that I don't need surgery right now, unlike all the other doctors had said. this was my first visit with this doctors office, i was very impressed and pleased with the entire staff .the front desk kept us inform on any providers running behind, the doctor was running behind, and apologized the moment he came in to the room for keeping me waiting.paid close attention to my questions and needs .after our visit he walked me directly to his schedulers desk and interduced his coordinator to myself. my follow up appointments were made in a timely manner and at the date times i requested.

The office was professional and helpful. I was on a walker, so somewhat disabled, and it took me a little longer to get there, and I went to the wrong building initially, but they couldn't have been nicer at the reception desk and worked me in, and the doctor saw me within 10 or 15 minutes of getting there.
