She was great. I was very comfortable with her, first time ever meeting her. She was wonderful.

I feel like I had the correct amount of time and attention from Dr. Sousa, and I appreciate it very much, and I'm glad I have her as my doctor.

She listened to me and came up with solutions

I'm usually the type of patient who doesn't have much to say on the date of their yearly physicals however, this year I did have some concerns regarding my health that I wanted to talk about. I felt as though I was being rushed through my visit and the provider didn't want to actually listen to the concerns that I had. There also were no resources given in regards to any of the things that I brought up, only lab work ordered. When bringing up vulnerable topics it would be nice to feel like I'm being heard It was just a disappointing visit.

Dr. Sousa has been my PCP overseeing my care for several years. She is a compassionate physician but most importantly very thorough and proactive at getting to the bottom of whatever my concern has been. A true gem of a PCP.

Dr. Sousa is the best primary care provider I have ever had. I always feel comfortable and extremely well taken care of. It is why I've continued to stay w this practice despite moving 45 min away for the past 5 years.

I liked Dr. Souza very much. In fact, I'd like her to become my primary care provider if possible, and I will be looking into that very soon.

I absolutely love my doctor. She listens to me, puts me at ease with my concerns and I never feel rushed. [redacted] In short my care team has put me at ease. I feel like I am in good hands. I am thrilled to have them on my side.

It was a quick visit in and out, just to have stitches. Remove that were applied the week before at South Shore Hospital. But I was happy to get an appointment when needed, and I was in and out very quickly.

I feel very fortunate to have such wonderful medical care from Dr Gabrielle Sousa and her staff. It so nice to treated so well and given the time it takes to go over ones medical condition. I also love the fact that after a visit, I receive my test results before the end of the day. My wife and I were just commenting on how Bringham and Womans is always improving it's service to it's patients.

Dr.Sousa treated me with respect and answers concerning my health. Thank you !

Dr. Sousa is absolutely amazing. She's been my primary care physician for many, many, many, many years. And she's extremely professional and knowledgeable and a great listener. And I have only amazing things to say. Anybody that has Dr. Sousa as their primary care physician is a very, very lucky person because I think she's the very best.

Dr. Sousa listens carefully and recommends a variety of solutions, allowing for my input. She seems genuinely interested and concerned about my health.

She listened better and asked more questions than usual. A good improvement.
