Fred Barker is the best caregiver I've ever had!

I am five days out of surgery and back home recovering. Experience with the care provider team was excellent and I would definitely recommend them to family, friends, and anybody that wants to ensure they have a wonderful experience with a craniotomy.

I've had an outstanding experience at MEE. Dr. [redacted] and Dr. Barker have provided me with seamless care as my tumor and circumstances changed while I waited for surgery. Both of their teams are excellent, and the support staff was consistently kind and helpful. The coordination with the nurses was seamless [redacted] I have deep gratitude for such exceptional care. Everyone connected with this surgery was great.

I think Dr. Barker is a consummate professional. He's well-versed. I felt very comfortable with him. I felt extremely comfortable with him performing brain surgery on me. All questions were answered and I felt as though I was in good hands. I would recommend him to a family member or friend in the event that they needed neurosurgery.

Idk who or why you are asking these stupid a$$ questions. Apparently you do not know anything about me or my medical history. Dr. Barker, along with his medical team, saved my life. If you bothered to look at my medical records, you would know that.

Dr. Barker is the most thoughtful doctor I have met with in the past five years.

Very knowledgeable neurosurgeon. He wanted me to have a CAT scan once a year. I just need to make sure he's going to forward that to my primary. And so that gets done. And after it gets done, I'm assuming he's going to want to see the results sent to him at Mass General.

Professional, very knowledgeable, understanding, patient, approachable. Answered all my questions and provided detailed information regarding surgery.

Excellent experience. The clinical problem, test results, and risks and benefits of the treatment options were clearly explained.
