Dr. Kronenberg stay's on top of my medical care and I'm very happy with her.

It was a very good experiences, right from the people at the front desk to the nurses that did the vitals and the young lady that was training. And it was a pleasure to see Dr. Kronenberg . Luckily, I'm a healthy person, and so the visits aren't usually that stressful.

Yes, Dr. Kronenberg has always been very responsive to my questions and needs. The only thing that gave, inhibited it a little bit was that she's on a time schedule, so there were a couple of things that I didn't get to talk to her about. But I understand that that's because she's got people lined up and there's only so much time. But really, she's very responsive and I am very, feel very blessed to have her as my PC. That's it.

I am very pleased with the professionalism and competence of all aspects of mass general brigham Hospital.

Very informative

I feel that Dr. Kronenberg is always there. Very few times in my life have I had to call for a question or an emergency, but she has always been there, has always been well informed and very professional. I love her to death.

Frannie Kronenberg is the absolute best primary care physician one could ever wish for. She is thorough. I am of a certain age. She takes that into consideration when it regards any ailments that I may have and follows up with the best communication.

Very easy to talk to and shows concern about my health

Dr. Kronenberg, per usual, was a very good listener when I was explaining how I was feeling. She asked several questions to help nail down the cause of my discomfort. There were timely follow-ups after my appointment. I am extremely happy with the care provided by Dr. Kronenberg.
