I am very glad Dr Kronenberg is my doctor. She is extremely attentive to my concerns and responds with direct and helpful advice.

She and her support staff are always prepared for my visit. Their after appointment actions in my support were timely and accurate. I don't think service could be better.

Yes, Dr. Kronenberg has always been very responsive to my questions and needs. The only thing that gave, inhibited it a little bit was that she's on a time schedule, so there were a couple of things that I didn't get to talk to her about. But I understand that that's because she's got people lined up and there's only so much time. But really, she's very responsive and I am very, feel very blessed to have her as my PC. That's it.

I am very pleased with the professionalism and competence of all aspects of mass general brigham Hospital.

I feel that Dr. Kronenberg is always there. Very few times in my life have I had to call for a question or an emergency, but she has always been there, has always been well informed and very professional. I love her to death.

Dr. Kronenberg, per usual, was a very good listener when I was explaining how I was feeling. She asked several questions to help nail down the cause of my discomfort. There were timely follow-ups after my appointment. I am extremely happy with the care provided by Dr. Kronenberg.
