MGH is fortunate to have this group of women. I left the office feeling such warmth from these wonderful women.

She was very informative and answered all my questions. She put a plan in place that I was very comfortable with.

This doctor was very easy to talk to, respectful, and I didn't feel hurried. They explained my diagnosis, my treatment options, and my side effects clearly so I understood. The wait time was very reasonable. The front desk staff was professional. I felt comfortable when I left, even though my initial diagnosis wasn't so good. But I really thank the team for making me feel more comfortable so I can go forward with my procedure.

The doctor was knowledgeable about my condition & very professional in her presentation. I felt very positively after meeting with the doctor as she answered all my questions. The doctor throughly addressed the concerns I brought up in our conversation and was very respectful.

The breast center at Avon and Dr. Verdial, the receptionist, and everybody I contacted were absolutely fabulous. They put my mind at ease. They got me in as soon as they could after abnormal findings on my mammogram. And I'm very impressed and pleased with the care.

I have no words to describe how incredible Dr. Verdial is. She took so much time to listen to what I value and educate me on every option. I have never trusted a physician as quickly as her. I cannot recommend her enough!

I saw two providers- surgeon and radiologist. Both were excellent. They made me comfortable and I felt that I was in great hands

The nurse who put in my IV went above and beyond. She checked my record to see if I had ever had contrast dye before. Then when I didn't remember what happened in 2011 she told me all about what my record said. I appreciate the personal attention.

Excellent surgeon and wonderful caring physician.

I think Dr. Verdial is wonderful. She is engaged with a patient and stays engaged until she feels the patient is ok. She is an excellent surgeon and so is her staff. I never had a worry under her care. Living out of state and experiencing care elsewhere I cannot overstate the excellent care I received from Dr. Verdial and how it made my cancer experience easier. Too have a doctor truly care is so validating to a patient.

The doctor is extremely good at explaining my condition to me

My impression of MGH before any appointments was that I would get the most cutting-edge and talented professionals on my case but not necessarily the warmth of smaller centers. That has hardly been the case. From holding hands at the MRI machine and unexpected biopsies, the whole team has exuded top-level care with clarity and compassion. [redacted]

So we're very happy with Dr. Verdial. She approaches my mom's diagnosis and just the role condition with such a great care. And please keep up the good work. And we love Dr. Verdial. She has been treated. She has treated my mom wonderfully.

She is was excellent

Dr. Verdial had thoroughly reviewed my case before she saw me. She took steps to have others review my imaging and pathology and offered a possible different treatment plan pending the further examination of my information. She was able to explain both mastectomy and reconstruction in a way that was easy to understand and positive. This was definitely a much better experience than at my previous hospital.

Very positive and reassuring

This was a positive experience. The doctor, student doctor and specialist were all attentive and knowledgeable.

Dr. Verdial assistant took me in the office exactly on time and the Dr. came in minutes after. She was knowledgeable, kind, concerned and made sure I got the examinations I needed that same day. I was extremely grateful for all her efforts, I cannot say enough good things about the Dr. and her assistant who was also just so kind and very pleasant!

I was very nervous and the doctor, the nurses, and the reception staff all treated me with kindness and respect. That meant a great deal yo me.

She immediately put me at ease. She thoroughly explained the surgical procedure. She walked me through the paper process before I signed anything helping me to understand it all She was extremely professional.

Yes, everything went really well. I felt that all of my questions were answered and that she was very kind and compassionate and she explained things to me that I didn't know and that I should follow up on and when to call if I'm having problems. So I felt very adequately prepared going forward in the future and I I have an understanding about some of the sensations I'm feeling post-surgery. So it was a really great visit and I'm very appreciative.

Dr. Verdial took great care of me in office visit, she is very knowledgeable, talent, patient, sympathetic and encourage, she is very organized and made nice plan for the procedure, I had the mastectomy last November, the scar was so flat, the surgery was wonderful, I am very appreciate for everything she did for me! She was warm, knowledgeable and reassuring/proactive and told me what to look for when doing self examination. She also told me that I should call if i ever had any concerns or questions and that I could make an appointment if I felt it was necessary. She has excellent bedside manner

Everyone was extremely polite and respectful. There was a 1.5 hour gap between y ultrasound and seeing the doctor so they changed my time to see the doctor as soon as he arrived so I did not have to wait.
