Mass Eye and Ear is the most professionally managed and operated medical facility I have ever experienced.

The only challenging part was faxing in my referral. Felt very 1980s. But everything else was awesome. Great team across the entire office and facility. So helpful and took care to work with my anxieties and nerves and frankly reactions (eye ultrasounds are weird!). Very helpful and took care of me in the exact way I hoped they would.

Overall it's the best provider I've ever had.

Dr, Wu had not looked at my history at all. She suggested a reason for the pain I was having without asking me to describe it or where it was in my eye. She assumed that my cornea had an abrasion, which was clearly not even the type of pain I had. Having experienced an abrasion with another doctor, I knew what that pain was, and told her so. She continued to check for the abrasion, not looking into any other possible causes for the pain. She rushed me out. [redacted]

I have been going to the Retina Offices for almost 40 years and they get more efficient every year. I was out of there in less than two hours.

Very thorough in her knowledge of what i needed for treatment moving forward.

My experience there was very, very good. They have quite an operation there. Everybody did their job and everybody was on time. I would recommend that Mass General Ioneer to anybody that I could find that needed help. I would recommend that they try and get an appointment. That's the hardest part, getting your first appointment. After that, everything is so smooth. And if you need anything, any more recommendations from me, I could always, you could always count on me and call me whenever you want.

Dr. Wu was very present and focused on my lesion on my left eye. She was very through as she checked my eye and compared my photos and ultra sound from my last vision. She explained to me that the spot that my optometrist recently was not elevated nor anything to be concerned about.
