I have been cared for with the respect and curiosity from the beginning of my appointment until the end.

First appointment with Dr. Porterfield, we reviewed my history and my progress with this treatment. I'm 100% satisfied and hope she stays in the clinic/as my provider for many more appointments to come.

She has been so helpful for me. She has researched and made it so I could receive my medication in a timely manner. She was able to quickly get a turnaround for my prior authorization for this cycle despite all the changes in all of the insurance. And I was able to continue my zep bound as I have been having a difficult time with any other of my of the weight loss medications and I've been having success with zep bound. So that was encouraging and it was so fast and she's been helping me very much and listening to me with my issues that I have with sleeping and with my perimenopausal symptoms [redacted]

Dr Porterfield is amazing. And I'm fussy and don't give out 10s easily. She is smart, compassionate, caring, and logical. That being one of the most important qualities. Looking at me as a whole, not just her specialty. Her answers come from a place of knowledge and intelligence. Please make all efforts to keep her on your staff. She would be a great loss if we were ever to lose her.
