Yes, Dr. Marcondes is a very good and thoughtful doctor. He is very thorough. He knew what my issue was going into our meeting due to x-rays that were taken before the meeting. He was aware of medications that I was taking. He did a partial physical exam because I had a fall. So he looked at my lower back, my hip, and a knee that I had had replaced at Mass General in [redacted]. He was incredibly thorough. And we talked about how to manage the pain, what medications, and then he also indicated, which I was glad to hear, that should the lower back and hip pain linger for maybe about another two weeks, that I should check back at the office.

Yes, for me the experience was wonderful. Every time I've gone to that hospital, I've been treated with so much kindness and attention. I'm more than grateful for the care provided by those staff members. I'm amazed. The doctors, the nurses, and the entire team. Thank you so much. Thank you. Thank you for your care. Dr. Marcondes was welcoming, aware of my recent problems and listened to my thoughts and although this visit was problem focused he also listened and acted on a problem that occurred after this visit was scheduled for something else. In the course of this visit Dr. Marcondes acted on an issue he identified on my exam as well as the primary focus of my visit. Dr. Marcondes also instructed me on dealing with a problem and established a way to follow the effects of the plan. Dr. Marcondes was completely open to my concerns and forthcoming with his thoughts for problem resolution,.

The care was excellent. My last appointment with the doctor was via video call, and I found it wonderful to communicate with him because we were in a scary situation and I couldn't get to the hospital. I felt very satisfied to have contact with the doctor.

He was a great doctor, but he got my prescription wrong. He, when we talked about it, it was correct, but at the pharmacy, he put in the wrong prescription. So I'm having a hard time picking it up. So I've had to call and call and call back and forth between the pharmacy and his nurses to get it corrected.

Me as a patient, even though I'm a new patient, he took the time, he studied everything in my history.
