As the saying goes..."if it ain't broke, don't fix it." The entire experience is smoothly run. No changes are necessary, from my perspective.

I've been coming to Dr. Vanderpoel for I don't know how many years, 30, 40 years, both my brothers and myself have him. He is thorough, he is honest, he's a friend. He goes out of his way to help us in any way, make an appointment and things like that. He's one of the best. You're very lucky to have him.

The care was excellent, as always, and that's why I continue to go to this provider, Dr. Vanderpool, [redacted] he's so good, I keep going there.

I have been seeing him for 20 years and I really like him. I am comfortable with him. He knows me. He is incredible. Now MGH seems like they want me to see a nurse instead because I am old. MGH keeps scheduling to see a nurse and I have to reschedule to see my real PCP Dr Vanderpool. He is great and an asset to the Medical comunity.

Yes, hi. My care provider, Dr. Vanderpool, I've been seeing him for quite a while now, and I think he is the best. He is really excellent. He's very knowledgeable, always greets me. He knows everything, tells me everything about my health, and he's always up to date on everything. And he's a very kind, caring person. And I feel very lucky to have him. So yeah, that's it.
