This was my first appt with this provider and it was in zoom. She did not introduce herself to me or make eye contact. It was an awkward way to begin.

Thus was our first meeting as our physician has retired. She seemed knowledgeable and took time to listen.

Like with most doctors I'd like them to have more awareness of alternative wholistic treatments

I was very happy with the doctor. I came into the appointment feeling anxious but she listened to my concerns and explained her understanding of the situation I was facing. I felt much better after she listened to me.

  • Reviewed on 12/22/2025

She's always late, doesn't give an explanation of my diagnosis or prognosis, and didn't give me an suggestions about what to do to help with improving my condition.

I felt like the Doctor was not considering the other health issues that I have that could be compromised by the medications that she was prescribing

  • Reviewed on 9/29/2025

Every visit starts typically 30 minutes late with no acknowledgement. Provider appears competent yet doesn't often add anything new. Feels very routinized

I worked at Children's Hospital for 25 years in sports medicine, so I've seen a lot of doctors. And Dr. Liu is lovely, and she gave me good news, so I'm very happy with her.

    Knowledgeable

  • Reviewed on 9/7/2025

She was flat and emotionless, difficult to communicate with, and she seemed uninterested in helping me. Like so many medical topics, I am coming to her at a loss for information. When I asked questions she seemed irritated and talked over me, so I ended up shying away and not asking what I had hoped to. [redacted]

As always my doctor was extremely helpful and informative. An excellent visit

I don't feel like she cared about me as an individual, only part of a demographic who has been diagnosed with osteoporosis. She did not care about my fears, concerns or questions. [redacted] I asked her about other tests or ways to determine my fracture risk and she didn't want to explore those ideas at all. [redacted] I had a long list of questions that I tried to rush through becoming she seemed impatient with my concerns. [redacted] I got the sense that she wanted me in and out as quickly as possible. Time was obviously an issue with Dr Liu. She is very busy and actually had to type and use the computer the entire time i was in the office. The encounter lasted just a few minutes with the doctor. She was professional [redacted]. My diagnosis seemed to be predetermined based on history and my demography.

  • Reviewed on 6/28/2025

Dr Liu answered my questions clearly.

  • Reviewed on 6/23/2025

Very please . Feel better by the time

  • Reviewed on 6/19/2025

Yes, Dr. Liu clearly is very knowledgeable in her craft. The problem I had was that I felt like she was not exactly rushing through, but there wasn't a whole lot of careful discussion about the nuances of the potential forms of treatment I could pursue in terms of my onset of osteoporosis. There were some fairly background research questions that I wanted to explore but I didn't feel like she was really inclined to go into the weeds with it but that's exactly what I wanted to talk, get the details on. I think what she decided somewhere early on was that I was sort of a standard case and I should respond to standard treatment but no, I just got the feeling that she was kind of, she'd already decided when she saw my current osteoporosis
