Dr. Heiskell was covering for my PCP who is out on leave. She was aware of my care plan and was checking on me 3 weeks post hip surgery. She also gave me some additional information about one of the drugs that I'm taking and how it is important to maintain upper body muscle strength. Dr, Heiskell also followed up with a letter about my blood test results. She is a knowledgeable, thorough doctor.

This is my comment: follow up on the Patient Gateway website is CONFUSING. I could not make heads nor tails of the blood tests or results also I didn't really get a letter from the doctor indicating what she felt the results revealed - ALSO on the new layout it was not easy to see there was an addtional letter so the layout isn't good - I want to be able to read what the doctor thinks of the test results and I don't want to have to struggle to find that information.
