Yeah, I'm very comfortable with Dr. Riley. She's really caring and she knows me very well. She's patient with me. She cares about me. And I'm very, very sad that she's leaving, you know, I think end of November. So I wish she could have stayed. And I'm trying my best to see if I can follow her where she's going. because this is a doctor I don't want to lose. Thank you.

Dr. Riley was incredibly kind and compassionate with the visit with me, which was a pretty emotional and tough one, but she was really helpful at getting a lot of care coordinated, and I'm greatly appreciative that she jumped in when Dr. [redacted] wasn't available. Thank you.

The care provider is awesome. I hate having to use Gateway for everything - it's not user friendly and would like copies of things in written format. I some times can print them off myself, but not very convenient.

I love this provider and I love this office. The only issue is, is they have way too many patients to see people accurately. If I need to get in right away, it's almost impossible. Anything books six months to a year out, which is crazy when there's an emergency or something that needs immediate attention. Again, this provider is amazing, but it seems like this whole practice, each provider has way too many patients per doctor, and I would recommend capping the number of patients.

I have been seeing Dr. Riley for several years now, and I think she's certainly the best doctor general practitioner I've ever had. She is thoughtful, compassionate, thorough, and I am just so lucky to have her as my primary care doctor. My only criticism is that she's so good that it's very hard to get in to see her annually, and the way the office schedules the visits makes it really tricky on the patient side. So if there were an office to schedule out the annuals once you've had one, and just to automatically schedule it out for the next year, I would love to have that opportunity versus needing to call at 745 in the morning to try to get on their schedule. So that's my only criticism.

I have been a patient of Dr Riley for almost 16 years . She has been supportive , thorough and knowledgeable about my care and includes my family - in fact my husband , daughter and son are her patients as well very fortunate to have a Dr and team at Mgh we travel 4 hrs due to the quality of care and timely response we have received . As a RN for the last 47 years I realize how rare that is at this point in time. Thanks. [redacted]
