Great experience! I really like Dr Frank

I feel the medical care is excellent, and Dr Frank is an excellent physician. The MGB concierge service seems very well run. My one comment (not really a criticism) is that I (and I believe many others) are beginning to seek perhaps a new approach in our health: one in which there is a more proactive Stance to "longevity" "healthspan" and "medicine 3.0". This stance may include screenings which the data does not yet fully support - and perhaps more detailed diet and exercise recommendations. Perhaps PCPs and MGB Concierge Medicine is not the place to pursue this kind of "optimization" - perhaps a separate clinic would be best-suited. But if not offered through MGB itself, I think many patients would be glad to learn that MGB Concierge worked hand-in-glove with one or more clinics. If MGB had such a clinic, I would interested in its services. But that is entirely separate from Dr Frank - who is an excellent physician.

I was unaware that Pap smears weren't generally given to women over 65 years old so basically we talked about some urinary issues and I was educated on the role of the GYN practice versus the OBGYN it used to be. Everyone was very pleasant, and as an older woman were very conscientious about explaining how my care is very different from a younger woman of child bearing age.

Dr Frank really listens and tracks down issues.
