Dr. Berkson was very attentive and patient with answering my questions about my knee injury and he provided good insights into the types of surgical procedures that he would recommend for my ACO reconstruction and provided a lot of food for thought and was generally very helpful.

Unlike other similar practices, I did not feel that the treating physician was on a time clock, scurrying from exam room to exam room to see as many patients in a single day as possible. I was made to feel as if my problem was their top priority and received all the time and attention I could ask for. Very impressed with their professionalism and attention to my care.

Hi, I had a very good experience seeing Dr. Berkson and also the medical student that he was with. They spent a lot of time with me and I felt like I got a thorough exam of my knee and everything was explained to me, including looking at the screen to see the pictures of my knee. it was a great visit, I went to the wrong office in Boston instead of Foxboro so i ended up being over 30 minutes late but he still took the time to see me and I did not feel rushed at all, he took the time to review my history and explain the next steps. I am feel comfortable having him manage my knee issues and surgeries based on how thorough he was. he was very patient and very kind.

Because of an accident on the highway I was going to be late. It was absolutely impossible to contact the office to inform them of this. I was on hold for over 20 minutes and when I finally got through it said the office was closed for the day. Highly frustrating on my end. There needs to be a way to contact the office for situations like this.
