I was seen at urgent care the day before and received this appointment the next day which was amazing! Everything was a swift experience and the provider made it an even better experience!

I recently saw Dr. Eric Bluman for a bone spur on my foot. He took the time to explain the best course of treatment and found him extremely kind and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend seeing him. My experience was a very pleasant visit.

This was an exceptional visit with this provider, his fellow/resident, radiology, and all hospital staff I encountered and/or with whom I interacted. Visit was on time as scheduled, the utmost professional care and attention rendered, and was the most efficient visit I have ever experienced with any provider at any Boston facility in 50 years. Forgive the familiar tone of this comment, but Eric is a "Blumen" (blooming) genius! He prescribed a carbon fiber insert on Friday and it arrived and was placed in my shoe the following Monday. A few hours later, my foot was no longer screaming with each step. My gait is still far from normal and my foot complains when it bends, but it is better. I liked that the orthopedic doctor had a specific type of physical therapy to recommend instead of just telling me to do generic exercises for my feet and ankles.

Dr. Bluman is an outstanding physician! He carefully and thoroughly explained the nature of my ankle injury and how it would best be treated. He listened to all of my concerns and answered the questions that I had. He asked me several times if I had any additional questions. The appointment wasn't the least bit rushed, and I felt completely heard. I couldn't be more pleased by the care that I received. Dr. Bluman is tops!

Dr. Bluman took the time to find out what my goals were in terms of what procedures would be appropriate for me and what I would like to do with my life. So he took all that into account when making a plan of care. So when I went in, I did not have an understanding of what we would be discussing and by the time I left I had a plan of care in place with direct and clear instructions on what I needed to do next. Follow-up already booked and we have a plan to move forward so that his surgical timeline will fit into my retirement slash travel plans. And I greatly appreciated that he cared enough to ask about what my goal was. That was just a really important question to me and I appreciate that he was so thoughtful about the plan around that.

Dr. Bluman is one of the best medical care providers I've seen in my entire life, although this was my first visit, it was vastly different than previous experiences and he came highly recommended. I'm so grateful there is still care offered in the health system that is such an elite caliber that Dr. Bluman provides.

This was my initial visit with this provider. He listened to my concerns regarding a revision of a recent surgery. It was determined that I should have additional scans before moving forward. I'll see him in a few days to discuss results and further treatment. It was a positive meeting because we had a dialogue.

Dr. Bluman was attentive and explained my condition.

Easy to talk to and very grateful to him

I have had a bunion for over 50 years. While frequently painless at times the pain would be excrutiating. I went to 3 ortohopedics before Dr. Bluman. All 3 had different opinions. One othopedic said he wouldn't touch it and two said I needed surgery. Dr Bluman diagnoised the pain was comiong from a wart in beteen the big toe and the second toe. He removed the wart in his office and i am now pain free.

An excellent experience! Very knowledgeable. Listened and explained well. Altogether superb!!

Great doctor, great assistant and great advice. All professional, all kind - Doctor, Nurse and Staff. Dr. Bluman was an awesome listener, genuinely concerned and empathetic. His many years of experience (I do believe) were keenly evident, his teaching skill was on point - but what stood out to me was his humility. Dr. Bluman listened to my suggestion that I try Evenity in conjunction with the bone stimulator to close the fracture in my foot before considering further surgery.

My experience with dr. Eric M Bluman was excellent.

They were clear and courteous, and I understood what they were describing. They told me what the process would be after the surgery, including an outline of the overall recuperation, where would take place who would be involved, etc.

Overall, I think the provider is kind and professional. However, I did wish he had given me a physical therapy grip for my ankle and gave me more information about compression socks to help with the swelling in my ankle.

This was a one-year follow up of my ankle replacement surgery and the results have allowed me to walk with far less pain. I appreciate Dr. Bluman's skill and follow up care during the past 12 months.
