Dr. Eisenhauer is always so friendly and answers my questions, doesn't cares about me as a person. He's just a wonderful doctor, very smart, but very caring.

Each person I interacted with were helpful and understanding with any questions I had. Overall EVERYONE was very nice and respectful and I hope you let them all know they are doing a great job!

Dr Eisenhauer was exceptional. He was calming and reassuring. He listened to all my concerns and all my questions. I explained how I have medical ptsd from a past traumatic surgery and he asked some additional questions to get the full scope and Thanked me to letting him know. He asked me if I was ok with doing an internal exam. He also advised me that if at any point the exam was too much that he would stop immediately. I don't know if HE is exceptional or he's just had incredible training. When he exited the room I cried from relief of how excellent & professional he was. My husband also got chocked up. And my husband said "well he definitely gets an A for bedside manner. The guy is very good with patients".

He took care of me for what I needed, so I'm very thankful. However, it was a less than perfect experience in that I do have some permanent nerve damage. There's just an area of my front thigh that is numb and it remains numb, but it does not impact my daily life. Thank you.

I met with Eric Eisenhauer and I really appreciated his attention to my issue and the fact that he just rolled his chair right up to me to talk to me and that was amazing. He explained everything so that I could understand and he's very pleasant.

Because of a traffic backup getting into Boston, I arrived quite late! Dr. Eisenhauer was not troubled by this. He still gave me quality time - talking with me & doing the examination and then discussing the results.
