Dr. Desjardins took the time to actually do an examination to listen and to follow through, [redacted]. Dr. Desjardins easily found that there was no problem with the hip other than bursitis, and she also found pain in the sacroiliac joint. Dr. Desjardins is to be applauded. She is personable, reliable, and I would always go to her again.

Dr. Desjardins seems to be very knowledgeable and was wonderful when discussing treatment options with me. I really appreciated that she considered and discussed with me what each option/combination of options would look like for me long terms when it came to maintenance and daily functioning. She was very considerate of my work and hobbies and how those would be impacted, and even sent me home with podcasts to listen to to hear more about the experiences of other dancers with scoliosis. I left the appointment finally feeling like we had a plan that I felt comfortable with and confident in. I'm looking forward to my next appointment with her.

My provider went over and above to diagnose my exact issue and to help alleviate my pain. She made me feel as if she had no other patients after me.

She seemed to be really good and centered on the procedure she performed. Her concentration was very intense as well as being very reassuring to me as I watched her watching on the screen what she was doing with the needle. My chatter didn't seem to distract the focus she had on what she was doing. It was remarkable.

Dr Desjardins was professional yet approachable and seemed to empathize and care about my well being.

Should explain her role and reason for test along with intended coordination with provider requesting EMG diagnostics. Seemed robotic vs compassionate about potential causes of pain, issues with medication and how EMG text relates back to seizures and other complex conditions. Acted like a tech vs a physician.

The doctor listened very carefully to my concerns and provided me with ways I could start to work on my hand pain that align with my beliefs in first trying non Rx treatments first.

This was the first time I ever saw this provider. She was exceptional. She didn't rush to get me out the door. She actually looked over my old MRI. She was attentive, when I explained what was going on she actually listened. She showed concern. I was thoroughly impressed with her. She explained to me what she thought on her examination of me and the previous MRI. She requested that I get another x-ray and an MRI so she could see if there were any changes since the last one. So I made appointments for them and I will be seen with her again once they are completed and we can discuss what was found. As I said in the beginning, she was exceptional; she was kind, considerate and I felt for the first time, in a long time, there was HOPE!

Dr Desjardins was very professional. I had never seen her prior to this visit. She conducted an ultrasound on my shoulder and explained what she would be doing. She also told me when the test was completed she gave me a brief summary of the results and then mentioned that my regular provider would be getting in touch with me.

Doctors, medical assistants, and secretaries receptionists were outstanding. They managed to fit me in to see doctors [redacted] and Desjardins, test results were explained promptly and thoroughly, and future treatment was also discussed. I couldn't have asked for better medical care at all points along the way.
