This provider was caring, professional and answered all of my questions and concerns.

First visit. I was accommodated and seen immediately even though I arrived an hour early. Dr. Ruiz and team showed thorough interest and compassion in getting details of my situation and explaining the action plan.

10 out of 10. Got me right in when someone canceled an appointment. I arrived an hour early I was seen within 15 minutes of arrival probably less. I was treated right away. When the procedure was finished I was given verbal and written explanations of home care. Sent on my way no wasted time be any of the staff.

My experience with Dr. Ruiz and her whole team over there, from when I came in and saw the clerk receptionist who immediately said, you're very early, feel free to go into the waiting area over downstairs and get something to eat, to the nurse, April, who was terrific, I felt very refreshed that this was a different experience from what I'm used to having at any other medical facility. Hats off to the team and to Dr. Ruiz, who seems to be at the helm and in complete control of everything. For a terrible situation of not knowing whether I had skin cancer or not, it was a very refreshing experience. Thank you.

Wonderful! Provided excellent care

Emily Ruiz, MD, MPH performed a MOHs surgery on my nose. This is the second MOHs surgery Dr. Ruiz has performed on me. Dr Ruiz is a superb physician. Her surgical skills and patient care skills are so high that I have recommended that my family members, work associates and friends consult with Dr. Ruiz for any skin cancer surgery including MOHS surgeries.

This was my first visit to Dr. Ruiz. I enjoyed meeting her a great deal. She was courteous. She told me everything that I needed to know, which was with respect to some general medical questions associated with my condition.

Everyone was incredibly professional, caring, and thorough. No one seemed rushed although everyone was very efficient- from the receptionist to the doctor.
