My treatment at the Mass Eye and Ear was amazing. Everyone was so thoughtful and kind. I had a hearing test and the girl who gave me a hearing test made me so comfortable when I was really, really nervous. The nurses, the doctors, I just felt really cared for and very appreciative.

Everything was good. Unfortunately we didn't have my mom's records to offer for a history, but Dr handled it without a problem. Very nice people.

It was a great experience as usual! Dr. Emily Gjini did a great job fixing my sinus canal. She changed my quality of life and breathing.

The person who did my hearing test was excellent and a 10 for score. The doctor was the same, a 10 and went the extra mile with me and ordered the tests I needed. Hi, this was my first experience with this care provider on a new experience, a new health issue for me. And I found her to be exceptional in walking me through the process and determining what our next steps were, explaining all the issues and the possibilities and arranging the appropriate follow-up that had to happen. So it was a very informative, pleasant, professional experience. And I felt better leaving knowing that I was dealing with someone so knowledgeable and I had a plan in place.

I felt that Dr. Gjini was very professional, very helpful in explaining in layman's terms, because I am not a physician, exactly what my conditions were. And she went above and beyond looking into I originally went to see her with an ear problem. She investigated my sinuses as well as my throat. And we did find a cyst on my throat. And, you know, she explained it to me. And, you know, the experience was very pleasant. I have great confidence in her. I want only her to do the procedure that we need to to remove the cyst. I was delighted with the treatment that I've been getting with her.
