Dr Bethea and her team are wonderful! They are empathetic and listen well when you dial. I actually feel heard! They offer real solutions to my medical situation and consult with my care team to formulate a realistic plan.

Please don't insult me nor my provider, not the patient nor the provider, when you cannot even have the decency to pronounce algorithm or know the provider's name correctly. Don't call me again until you get that right.

Dr. Bethea has been following me closely. She was very thorough on the phone call with me and spent over half an hour explaining my condition and how I might be able to remedy it over time. She also has scheduled a follow-up appointment with me. She speaks to me on a regular basis annually, and I am very satisfied with Dr. Bethea. and what she has to offer as a physician.
