Sometimes I forget all the questions I want to ask my doctor, and I would like him to ask me about my symptoms and give me an answer I can understand, along with more information and questions related to my health problem.

Dr. Kozin was well focused on the purpose of my visit, and was extemely knowledgeable about all relevant factors.

Yes, I don't think the doctor gave me any clue as to what I should do in the future based on what Mass Eye and Ear Infirmary had found out about my ear. There were a lot of maybes and never gave me a clear path as to what I should see. Thank you.

Dr Kozin did not spend much time with me, but it was enough and left me feeling satisfied with the contact. He explained what was concerning about my audiology printout. He explained that for him to understand better what is going on, he needs to see parts of my ear he can't see from outside. Therefore we have scheduled an MRI. I wish it was sooner than early November, but that of course wasn't Dr. Kozin's decision. He will meet with me after, when he can see the MRI. I felt quite comfortable with my contact with him, and well taken care of.

The front desk assistants in Dr. Kozin's office area were exceptionally prompt, thorough, friendly and professional. Dr. Kozin was likewise. [redacted]

I was referred to Dr Kozin by a friend and I'm very happy I listened to them. He made me feel comfortable as soon as he walked into the examining room. We spoke and listened to each other. My plan of care was discussed and I am very happy with it.

Dr Kozin took time to explain the results of CT scan and his thoughts about the symptoms I was experiencing. He gave me information to review and offered a referral.

Great care! Feeling very fortunate to have Dr. Kozin and staff on my team to address my needs.

The provider and front desk were great but I do feel that the medical assistant should wait for the patient and not walk so ahead of the patient that the patient has no idea where they are going. (There is a lot of elderly patients that go there and may take their time getting up ) Also the medical assistant bedside is very dry. She didn't look at the chart to confirm it was a follow up and when she asked the questions she left the room and didn't say she was stepping out or that the provider would be with you shortly.

I was given his expert opinion on possible causes of my troubled hearing.

This has been an ongoing issue and I have seen three other doctors in New Hampshire and been prescribed multiple medications. I finally asked Dr. [redacted] at MEE for a referral to an otologist at MEE. Seeing Dr Koniz and explaining my symptoms took all of five minutes for him to understand what I was experiencing and order the correct tests to diagnose my issue instead of just dismissing it as a result of my previous surgery and [redacted].
