He didn't listen to what I was explaining and tried to make my symptoms fit in a bucket that they reasonably did not fit into.

It was great. Was a wonderful visit . Everyone was professional and if you have to see a doctor,they all were great.

First one on the ear side that listened carefully, was pleasant and polite, spoke thoughtfully and thoroughly and at the very least looked at my history versus a prior one who performed surgery a year or two prior to seeing him again and he recommended the surgery be performed - the same surgery he already performed on me prior. If MEE wants to continue to be known as the place where kings and queens literally go - have more doctors like Dr Kozin vs the other.

Provider was very nice but visit was waste of time & money I was told I needed to see this md to show I had no medical reason for my tinnitus. Could have been a virtual or not at all

This was a referral from MA E&E in Mashpee where they actually listened to me. Dr Kozin and staff continued that. I'd been frustrated by 2 prior (non-MA E&E) doctors not hearing me describe my ear issue and MA E&E has been a relief; your doctors are finally figuring out what's been causing it. Thank you!

Yes, I don't think the doctor gave me any clue as to what I should do in the future based on what Mass Eye and Ear Infirmary had found out about my ear. There were a lot of maybes and never gave me a clear path as to what I should see. Thank you.

The medical assistant was rude and didn't even engage with me and didn't even do anything. A medical assistant does should've just asked me my name brought me in the room and shut the door.

Dr Kozin did not spend much time with me, but it was enough and left me feeling satisfied with the contact. He explained what was concerning about my audiology printout. He explained that for him to understand better what is going on, he needs to see parts of my ear he can't see from outside. Therefore we have scheduled an MRI. I wish it was sooner than early November, but that of course wasn't Dr. Kozin's decision. He will meet with me after, when he can see the MRI. I felt quite comfortable with my contact with him, and well taken care of.

The front desk assistants in Dr. Kozin's office area were exceptionally prompt, thorough, friendly and professional. Dr. Kozin was likewise. [redacted]

I was referred to Dr Kozin by a friend and I'm very happy I listened to them. He made me feel comfortable as soon as he walked into the examining room. We spoke and listened to each other. My plan of care was discussed and I am very happy with it.

Dr Kozin took time to explain the results of CT scan and his thoughts about the symptoms I was experiencing. He gave me information to review and offered a referral.

Great care! Feeling very fortunate to have Dr. Kozin and staff on my team to address my needs.

The provider and front desk were great but I do feel that the medical assistant should wait for the patient and not walk so ahead of the patient that the patient has no idea where they are going. (There is a lot of elderly patients that go there and may take their time getting up ) Also the medical assistant bedside is very dry. She didn't look at the chart to confirm it was a follow up and when she asked the questions she left the room and didn't say she was stepping out or that the provider would be with you shortly.

I was given his expert opinion on possible causes of my troubled hearing.
