Dr. Marqusee has truly been pretty much the top three of doctors that really take the time and listen and the cancer was very unique and she has stuck with me through everything, including loss of vocal cord and weird blood work sometimes and I cannot, cannot let Brigham and Women know enough how lucky they are to have her. What a fabulous doctor.

I consider myself very fortunate to have Dr.Marqusee as my endocrinologist. Knowing that I no longer have a PCP, she was willing to help me with blood tests and renewal of medications that would typically be ordered by a PCP. She is a physician for the right reasons, and is smart, listens, is compassionate, respectful, and gets it done.

During a visit with her for thyroid cancer follow-up, she recognized a problem with my speech and referred me to an ENT physician who treated me for a significant [redacted] infection of my larynx. Dr Marqusee is very knowledgeable from the beginning when I needed a biopsy on my thyroid. She followed through the last year with blood tests and setting up the next ultrasound I needed. Very good doctor and I feel very comfortable with her in charge of my care.

I was very impressed by the fact that she had read all of my backup medical files and was even familiar with the fact that I had breast cancer three years ago and had a bilateral mastectomy. She answered all my questions and took a lot of time with me and I felt very, very well cared for.

The provider had great bedside manners and talked me through the procedure as she was doing it. She also allowed me to take breaks during the procedure. When I felt pain she offered more numbing meds and I declined.

One of the things that impressed me the most during this visit was the fact that the doctor was very familiar with past history for me, even though it was not stuff recorded at Brigham and Women's. She had done some in-depth research into my past history, and that really impressed me and helped me with feeling confident that I was in the right place.
