Dr. Roh was fine, the appointment was fine. [redacted]

The full body exam was short and brief. I was not asked about my history with dermatology and had to initiate a summary before the exam. I mentioned a few concerns and received very brief answers with little explanations regarding the cause or treatment. I had new lumps growing out of my scalp that were dismissed as cosmetic. Although they may not have been precancerous, they were definitely not normal, something that I had never experienced before, and should have been treated as medical. [redacted] Overall, I felt the response to my dermatology condition was dismissive and the appointment rushed.

I had a great experience and Dr. Roh and her team are fantastic.

Dr Roh is the best specialist I've seen at MGH (and I've seen several this year). This was my first visit with her although my wife and 4 daughters have been patients of hers for many years, so my expectations were high and she managed to exceed those expectations. The best dermatologist I've seen in a long time, I'm so happy I will be able to see her again next year

Dr. Roh is one of the best that I've ever had as far as a dermatologist. Not only is she empathetic, but she listens. She is personable. She's the reason why I go to my dermatology appointment every year. She's the best. She's the 10 is not even a number used to describe her. If there was a 20, 30, 40, 50, I would use that. I will continue going to dermatology appointments only because of her.

In addition to being very knowledgable, she was easy to speak, felt very comfortable in her care.

I believe Dr. Roh is a very knowledgeable and efficient provider. She seemed very rushed; I felt more like a widget in a factory than a patient seeking health care. She is very nice, but appears under pressure to get the patients in and out on time. This is probably more a criticism of management than of this provider.
