I have always been extremely happy with the surgery and follow up treatment from Dr Rossin.

I have been seeing Dr. Rossin for a while now and she is always a positive person, providing me with whatever information I may need and answers my questions easily. She also provides suggestions for after visit care of my eye due to my issues with the betadine needed each time I have an injection.

In all fairness I was there for a second opinion so she had no background info other than what I provided during the check-in process.

The day following my visit, I had an eye infection. My primary care physician provided an oral and topical antibiotic. He also advised me to call your office in case the cause was contaminated eye drops I received. I did call. The infection is on the mend.

I was impressed that I got an appointment so quickly. Everyone was helpful and kind. The doctor spent a lot of time with me and was very informative about my eye issues. I appreciate the time she spent with me and her advice.

Although this provider was polite and professional, she gave the impression she was unable to help. She basically told me to "get a new eyeglass prescription" and referred me to the Glaucoma Dept. [redacted] I had been told by my referring optometrist that my prescription had not changed so "getting a new eyeglasses" seemed unhelpful and dismissive.

The MD fellow who examined me before Dr Rossin was rather impatient and patronizing. When I performed as instructed, she said, "Good job." I felt as though I were a canine who sat on command.

I've been seeing Dr. Rossin for a few years. Last year I asked her if she had to use the very bright light to look into my retinas. And this year she remembered not to do that, which meant a whole lot to me because my recovery time was only a day or so, which was far better than the three or four days that it used to take.
