Hi, I felt I needed to have further imaging on a particular part of my scapula for soft tissue damage that I was concerned about. So, and that wasn't addressed. I believe I needed an MRI to look at a particular problem I'm having. Thank you.

I also appreciated her nurse who was in the room with her, who was attentive and had asked me great questions before I met with the doctor. Overall, I will be doing this. Actually, I will be doing the surgery with Dr. Matzkin. She was the second opinion, and she was far superior to the person I met the first time. I'm looking forward to getting the work done.

And that particular location and provider is just the best, A1. The team that runs that Foxpro Sports Medicine is amazing, A1. From the service, you know, to the support, Everything that they do is perfection. I'm just afraid it's gonna go away someday or change, but so far so good for all the years that I've been there. I wish I asked more questions

Hi, I had some MRI and x-rays from the past, and the doctor did not express, did not communicate that they had looked through my MRIs or x-rays. The doctor offered no real solutions. I explained to the doctor that I was in a lot of pain, like nine out of 10 pain, and the doctor's recommendation was just to not do anything, which is unacceptable. and that this pain is affecting my daily life and my quality of life on a daily basis, meaning I can't do anything with this pain, and the doctor offered no suggestions. Doctor gave me about five minutes of her time,[redacted]

Always listens to me and explains things well. We are on the same page with treatment plan.

Dr Matzkin and her staff have ALWAYS been professional, personable and courteous. If there was a higher score than 10. I would definitely choose that.

as usual, Dr. Matzkin comes across very caring and confident. She is to the point and get very clear instructions.

She had not looked at my chart before the appointment and could not find my previous scans during the appointment. It should have been something that I could have known before the appointment. When I was explaining what I have talked about with previous doctors she was dismissing what they had told me without even seeing my MRI. I was very disappointed with the way she treated me and it was a waste of time and money.
