Dr Chase takes the time to listen to my concerns and to work out the best care plan for me. She is so patient and kind. I feel so fortunate to have her as my doctor.

Dr. Chase is a caring and compassionate provider. She listens to her patients and she clearly explained the exam she was going to perform and we discussed treatment options.

Dr. Chase is amazing! She is an excellent listener and is sincere in her efforts to help improve your medical issues. I feel like I have ample opportunity for input as well as questions and concerns. I appreciate her wisdom, honesty and knowledge.

I did not have a good experience with Dr. Chase. I felt like I had to defend myself against her interrogations of my 10 year history with overactive bladder symptoms. It honestly didn't seem like she believed me. [redacted]

Excellent care

I have what you call lacon scoliosis and she is the first doctor that has been able to clear it up for me and keep it cleared. So I think she's amazing and I would highly recommend her to anybody.

This was a second opinion visit. I had come from another provider, another hospital and the care that I received by far exceeds my other previous experiences with a different hospital in different provider. I found things out that I should've been told by the previous provider there were tests that should've been done by the previous provider. All of these things were brought to my attention the care and respect that I was shown in the information that I received was phenomenal. I am happy to say that this is now my newfound home for OB/GYN and the other women's health issues that I have the care that I'm receiving is by far better than anything I could've imagined.

I felt very comfortable with Dr. Chase and the nurses and brought a little table out and we discussed my history and everything and she was very encouraging and a matter of fact and I felt heard and I was relaxed. It was a wonderful experience with everybody there. I had been really sick in the past and not gone to these particular doctors and I was unheard. and it made me feel very insecure. I cannot say enough good things about this first appointment with Dr. Chase. She was totally "present" during the appointment - no body language that signaled being distracted or anxious to move on to something else. She addressed my concerns as I had written them on the revisit questionnaire and as I expressed them during the visit. She addressed me as an intelligent individual not as a number for whom a standardized protocol had been selected. I could go on but let me sum up my experience by saying Dr. Chase came across as highly competent provider of person-centered care.

My experience with Dr. Chase was very good. She really listened and took her time. She made me feel heard. She did not make me feel rushed. The only negative feedback I would have was unfortunately she only wanted to talk very specifically about my uro symptoms. I was hoping to also be able to talk about menopause and other things and she said I would need to see a different provider for that and that was a little bit frustrating. But overall I had a great experience with her and I will and have recommended her to others. Thank you.
