Dr Thiele and [redacted] have been seeing our daughter for many years. They are the absolute best. They are always fully present and we never feel rushed. They answer all of our questions and listen to our concerns. They always ask about how the family is doing as a whole which is important. Dr. Thiele never gives up hope of helping us to attain the highest level of seizure control possible, while others have, which is why we switched our care over to her so many years ago. They both truly care. They are compassionate, professional & very highly recommended. The whole team that we have met over the years have also been incredibly kind and helpful.
