Dr Erban had prepared for our first visit and was aware of many of my medical issues. She was welcoming, open, responsive and specifically asked about my concerns. She responded with care and followed up with needed prescriptions and a follow up appt.

The care provider was very good. I didn't have any problems whatsoever and I got taken care of in an expeditious manner and was allowed to get another appointment two days later with another care provider than I needed to see.

My regular doctor was not available to see me that day, and I was very grateful to get in to see this doctor on the day that I really needed it, because I was in a lot of pain. So she was wonderful, and I really appreciated her getting me in, and also she was really lovely to work with.
