Dr. Miloslavsky, I've been seeing him for years and he is always, always the best. No subject, no issue that I bring up, anything that I have to talk about. He is knowledgeable, he listens. He's not just a doctor, he's a healer. You know, just talking to him already makes me feel better and I am a chronic patient who has had illnesses for decades and he is just the best, absolute best.

I was particularly impressed and appreciative of the intake process. The nurses and all of the staff were warm and friendly. The intake process was fantastic to watch to have all of the information be given to the intern and then explain the process of working directly with the doctor, sharing that information, having the doctor walk in with the intern, the intern sharing that information with the doctor, with me present in case anything was missed, and then having the doctor ask a few questions, leave the room, and explaining that they would give their prognosis, diagnosis, suggestions, etc., and answer any questions. It put my mind at ease. I was really appreciative that everyone was able to take the time to help me.

Yes, Dr. Eli is easy to work with. He's very knowledgeable in his field and I've felt very comfortable having him as a physician at Mass General and he seems to stay up with things regarding my condition, my medication that he's specifically giving me and tracking and moving forward. I've had a very difficult situation and he kind of came in after Dr. [redacted] from neurology. They've kind of tag teamed work together up until this point in my care and I've been very comfortable with both of them.

Dr Miloslavsky is a core member of my care team. I don't know what would have happened to me without his expertise and caring manner.

I had a specific question arising from the report of my PET/CT scans. She acknowledged that it was not her area of expertise. She paused the video conference to find the needed expertise bringing this physician into the session to answer my question.

He is caring and took plenty of time to understand the circumstance and coordinate with me on treatment. This was my first appointment with Dr Miloslavsky. His nurse practitioner was also just beginning work with this doctor. It is for those reasons that there were some areas of my medical background that needed catch up, as is to be expected. The nurse practitioner was lovely and I imagine will be a credit to the doctor in due time.

The Dr was very friendly and kind. He seemed to remember some of what was going on with me and listened to the most recent info. At one point he left and dealt with some other issue but came back.

It seems to me that Dr. Miloslavsky is "a perfect doctor". He is a better "listener" than other doctor I have had. His medical advice and concerns about how to deal with my condition have made my life infinitely better.
