It was my first visit and the provider (Dr. Dunlap) was very welcoming. I was very happy to have chosen a PCP that listened carefully, cared about my health from the beginning, reassured me about the probability to solve problems and was open minded about different aproaches to healthcare.

Excellent He's a great Doctor

He did a careful diagnosis. He referred me to a physical therapist who could see me quickly. He recommended acetaminophen as an anti-inflammatory. I'm not sure that medication has that property.

I am my mother's Health Care Proxy and filling out this survey. My mother has moderate dementia and her memory is not well. I attend the doctor's appointments with her. The doctor my mother sees is wonderful. He is kind, gentle, and understanding. He spends time with her asking questions and gives suggestions to help her memory. He directed us to a Geriatric Doctor who is very helpful. My mother is happy and feels comfortable with her Primary Doctor.

Doctor was amazing. 10/10! THANK YOU! The nurse was so miserable and just going through the motions. The phlebotomist was not skilled, could not get my blood. It was a strange interaction. Lacked confidence. I left without getting my blood drawn because he told me he could keep trying but was not hopeful. Side note, the main office area and reception were in need of a office manager who could put boxes away, straight up, make it look like a professional office. Looks so sloppy or like they just moved in with boxes and items everywhere. Reception was lovely and good at their jobs facing people, but putting a better organized face out there is important.

My experience was well. I just came to actually see a nurse, but then ended up seeing this doctor. It was just I had to get my ear washed because it was plugged. And then I didn't see him anymore until after they finished. So he did his job. He came, looked at my ear, told me what they were going to do. And at the end he came to see if everything was fine. It's the first time I've seen him so it's hard for me to say much. He looked fine. He answered questions. He was very friendly. So I would say that if I had to see him again, I would probably not hesitate. I would probably like to see him, but I am seeing a different doctor there that I really like. So that's all I can say.
