The nurse who weighed me and took my blood pressure was wonderful - so warm and kind!

I have been with my primary care provider, Dr. Eileen Hession for many many years(30 plus years). She has always shown me complete respect. She is attentive and makes me feel that she cares about me as a individualized patient and person. Her team is always prompt and courteous with , more than quick, response. I feel very grateful for my TEAM through Mass General as well as Dr Hession's ongoing dedication to my wellbeing.

I was impressed with the facility and the timely manner that I was taken care of. The receptionist nurses and the doctor were very courteous, respectful, and paid very much attention to my needs. And they helped me with the things that I was looking to be seen for, and I would recommend them to anybody.

This was my new patient appt with Dr Hession. I was totally impressed with her. Felt very comfortable and found her to be very warm and caring. Looking forward to my annual appointment over the summer.

I was so happy to speak with Dr. Hession about some issues that I have been concerned about. She was a great listener and provided very helpful information. I have not experienced this in recent years with my last provider and so really was thrilled to be able to see Dr. Hession.

The medical staff is always very welcoming and provide for an opportunity to discuss any medical concerns I have had. Personal interaction is so important when asking questions about ones health. However, is there any way that the glass shield could be minimized to make it easier to talk to the receptionist? Very restrictive especially for your older clients.
