I came to Boston for 2nd opinion and to get ablation scheduled asap. Staff called me within an hour of my consult to schedule within 3 weeks. I'm very pleased! I also got referral for interventional cardiologist in the group.

Dr. Heist is one of the top doctors in his field, but he still takes time to listen to his patients and answer all of their questions. As a result, I greatly value his opinion.

He was clear, direct and easy to understand. He was receptive to my many questions and answered each thoroughly. While with him I had his full attention and had no idea that he had any other patients.

Dr.Heist and his assistant were exceptionally helpful in arranging an appointment for me !!! The follow-up to schedule the surgery and the needed pre-op tests was arranged extraordinarily quickly as well.
