Dr. Kim is a highly professional, experienced Urogynecologist and I felt very satisfied that he took care of me. He asked many question and had the diagnosis wrapped up very comfortably. He explained the reasons for my symptoms to me that were easy to understand. Similarly, the treatment was also clarified to me in a simple manner. I came back from the visit feeling I was in good hands and that all will be fine!

Dr. Kim was very attentive and listened to every question I had and explained everything at length to me from the very first time I met him. I did go a second time with my daughter just to make sure I was hearing correctly everything I needed to and he explained to her in detail everything she asked him about. He's a wonderful man, a very good doctor. He works so well with his patients and with his assistants and they all love him and I love him too. I think he was a great doctor and did a great job. That's all I can say. His whole team was wonderful, including the anesthesiologist. I don't remember their names though. Thank you.

If there's a faculty award, Dr. Kim deserves it. This is my first time filling out a survey but I'm doing so because the experience was so positive. I almost canceled my appointment because I had seen a urogynecologist years prior who was somewhat dismissive of my symptoms, spend time with me during the visit, or follow up. I was also anxious about a male provider. I saw a male medical student before Dr. Kim and initially I was anxious but he was respectful. Dr Kim, himself, was kind and patient. I got emotionally because he acknowledge that my symptoms were atypical but not impossible, and the impact on my quality of life. He thoroughly explained the pathophysiology of my symptoms and diagnoses, and discussed treatment options. I felt supported in my decision-making. I would recommend Dr. Kim to anyone who is seeking a kind and knowledgeable physician.

I am an overseas patient. I was referred to Brigham by 2 Doctors for 2 different ailments. Dr. Kim was very caring and spent time explaining everything and asking questions concerning my situations. He diagnosed my condition after examining me and explained everything in detail and gave me literature to read. His nurse was called in for the examination. I did not have any need for communication with his nurse. My daughter was with me. We left there knowing what I have suffered from for the last year. We both said as soon as we left Dr. Kim's office "What an amazing Dr. "

The nurse entered my weight incorrectly. My weight is 123 lbs -- she entered 133 lbs -- also wrong BMI. The specialized physician was very nice and knowledgeable. There was, however, no external or internal exam so I am not sure what exactly my condition is (e.g., pelvic floor condition, vulvo-vaginal atrophy degree of severity etc.) I spend many hours to print relevant information -- it was not needed.
