Hi, I was very pleased and impressed with the service that Dr. Micalizzi provided, the relationship building that we formed in terms of over the Zoom and he listened extremely well about my concerns. He answered every question. He did not make me feel rushed. I honestly thought he was one of the kindest doctors I've ever met. And I am very pleased and satisfied to be working with MGH to monitor my health and my risk concerns. And I have been impressed with the whole facility, the operations. I can't speak more highly of my experience with MGH. And I'm very, very pleased that I was put into connection ?

Dr. Micalizzi was patient, empathetic, and courteous.  He answered all the questions that my husband and I had about my long-term cancer treatment and the pros and cons of different options (tamoxifen vs. Lupron injections vs. aromatase inhibitors).  He described all potential side effects in detail and some mitigation strategies.  I appreciated that he took his time to go through my long medical history, as well as my detailed family history, which involves a large number of cancer cases.  Dr. Micalizzi also mentioned the Lifestyle Medicine program at MGH, as a potential source of long-term support, which piqued my interest.  His post-visit clinical notes were very detailed and provided an excellent summary of our discussion and the complete treatment plan that we agreed on during the 60-minute visit.  My husband and I did not feel rushed at any point during the appointment, which was a welcome change from other doctors who spend no more than 10 minutes of face-to-face time with a patient.   Thank you for a positive experience!
