Dr. Ho is one of the best clinicians I have ever met. I worked in the medical profession before retirement so I have been around numerous physicians. She is not only highly intelligent but her caring and empathy sets her apart from all others. I am sure there are several brilliant physicians at MGB but her caring nature and personality makes me realize how lucky I am to have her care for me.

I feel MGH visits are always beneficial. I travel 3 hrs to these appointments so having a productive appointment is important.

I always feel that they are prepared when I come for my visit, that they take their time explaining what's going to happen during my visit, and that they really are very polite, honest, and caring people whoever I meet at Mass General, from the front desk to the dressing room, to the time spared in helping me get the best care that I need. Even after the meeting was over and I bumped into her in the hall, the hallway, she still answered my question and provided, you know, gave me an opportunity to ask even more questions. So I highly recommend her. It was a pleasure consulting with her.

Dr Ho is phenomenal. She is caring and empathetic. I am lucky she is my Neurologist! She followed up with me personally with test results. If your scale went higher, I would rate her greater than 10.

I had excellent care with Dr. Ho. Dr. Ho is a wonderful provider. I'm lucky to have her. The front office was somewhat, they were good, but they lack a little more communication skills to the patient when checking in. But Dr. Ho and the medical assistant was excellent. Couldn't have better care.
