Yes, this was a positive experience. Prior to this visit I went to the Urgent Care on Central Ave.I was treated for a bladder infection that kept returning. My UTI was finally cured after my visit to the Prompt Care.

I needed a quick appt and I got 1 for Saturday which was handy . Very helpful and I'm feeling much better

She was very caring, seemed concerned, wanted to help, and didn't make us feel bad in any way about my husband's medical conditions and medications that he's on, as some other providers have in the past. She is excellent, and if our primary care provider wasn't available, we'd be glad to see her as well.

Dr. Nugent was great and listened to my crazy story about how a Saint Bernard puppy (145 pounds) jumped on my ingrown toenail multiple times. She said that there was most likely bacteria on my skin and when the dog's nail opened up my ingrown, the bacteria went inside causing cellulitis. I am very thankful that she prescribed both an oral and topical antibiotic. I am on the mend now thanks to her and the nurse who saw me.

Excellent. Was there just for ear canal irrigation. Treated as this was important (was for my hearing) and should be done well. Checked results of irrigation.

One of my reasons for trying to get an appointment at this location is it quick to make an appointment, I usually get a appoint right away, everyone is always professional and caring and my medical issues have always been addressed, They are all a Great Team!

Timely and efficient

It was a pleasant experience. I always prefer seeing my own doctor. I never want to zoom a doctor. Seeing another capable doctor was suitable if they inform my own doctor. I wish this country would hire more for the medical field instead of giving more money to the already rich.
