Dr. Chan was wonderful. She was very knowledgeable. She had a lot of patience. She explained to me. She was interested in my feedback. From there, I think she learned a little bit about the difficulties that I had working. I was very happy to meet her and I will meet her again.

Dr Chan cares deeply about her patients and their health! She greets her own patients in the waiting room and walks them out after the appointment. No other doctor does that! She is a huge asset to the department of mobility and to the hospital. Please don't make her stop doing one of the many things she loves. She is kind, compassionate and very caring.

I did not hear what she said as she was talking to my family and I needed to (my fault) have better hearing. I like Dr Chan-giving me options to try possible understanding of the current Leqembi and seeing that I see little hope for helping me.

Dr Chan is brilliant, caring, understanding, supportive and helps me navigate this difficult disease of Parkinson's. She's well schooled on the latest treatments and provides me with the data and knowledge so that my wife and I can make informed and sound medical decisions. She is the best neurologist on the planet.

  • Reviewed on 7/3/2025

Dr. Chan was very open to my concerns and enlightened me regarding present options available to me. She was appreciably gentle in her recommendations, and I look forward to my next appointment with her.

  • Reviewed on 7/3/2025

Dr. Chan is outstanding. Took her time, made my daughter and me feel comfortable to ask questions and explain current symptoms. Dr. Chan explained the tests she had me go through to test for Parkinson's. She was able to put our (and other doctor's) concerns at ease. I will see her again in a year, although she encouraged us to reach out to her if questions arise before then. Thank you very much.

  • Reviewed on 5/16/2025

Dr. Chan is excellent and just invaluable as far as my experience is concerned. She's very, very good. She's very patient. She listens very well. I gave her the three early on because she was late because of another patient. Otherwise, she would have deserved a four or something like that.

  • Reviewed on 5/15/2025

Hello, she was, my provider was excellent, very good, very clear, wanted to know, you know, what our thoughts were and everything around that. So I think it was very, very good.

I'm grateful to have met and be seen by Dr Chan twice. My purpose was to seek serious academic/clinical experience in the Neurology field of the broad spectrum of dementia, having had a few MRI's and other studies in Florida with vague interpretations and equivocal reports, diagnosis. To move forward I needed and received an expert second opinion with science, research and wisdom.

  • Reviewed on 5/7/2025

Dr Chan was clear on the purpose of the visit. She explained my condition and what I could expect in the future with Parkinsons.
