I do not have any complaints about my visit it was my first time at the hospital I was treated with highly respect thank you ??

Dr. Pineda was friendly, easy to talk to, and clearly very knowledgeable. I was very happy to be dealing with her.

I arrived late and they did not blink an eye. I received fast and excellent care in radiology and transitioned speedily to my provider where I received excellent, extensive review and care from bother Dr and assistent, who was also extremely competent. Most impressed and grateful. Thank you!

Dr. Pineda was able to give me a second opinion on two surgeries that another provider had recommended, and she explained to me when I would and when I would not need them, which was extremely beneficial to me. So I would say she was extraordinarily beneficial to see, even though it just is a consult.

My experience was good. The doctor was extremely knowledgeable and the office staff was pleasant.

He was very professional, efficient, took care of me in a very short period of time and got everything accomplished, answered all my questions. I also liked the PA who works with her. He was really very, very proficient also. Thank you.

I didn't like her bedside manner. I really didn't understand what she was telling me. She seemed upset because she thought I didn't hear her and she asked me to remove my AirPods. I did remove them and I still didn't understand what she was telling me. She was very short with her answers. I asked the nurse/assistant to explain it to me.

She just made the whole experience very safe and welcoming. She explained everything really well. Everything was done in a timely manner. And I had a lot of trust with her during the operation.

Dr P [redacted] seems to be very perfunctory. [redacted]

I think she was throughand quickly told me why my ankle was so painful.

Providers were very very knowledgeable and had a detailed treatment plan. Could not have imagined a better visit.

The provider seemed rushed and I didn't feel listened to. She talked about my injury a little and then she wrote up the orders for her recommendations. But she never actually asked if I agreed with her recommendations and/or wanted to do them. Or if I had any other thoughts on the injury. I actually had several concerns with the treatment plan but didn't get to state them except for when I proactively said no to one part of the plan. [redacted]

I was very confident that I had the exact right doctor for my foot and ankle issue

I was seen by a PA in and MD on day of my appointment. Was extremely please with my visit. Thoughtful, took appropriate amount of time . Did not feel rushed.

Extremely professional and empathetic. DR. [redacted], a resident spent the most time with me. Dr. Pineda was wonderful when she examined me more intimately. A great crew.

Thank you for your time. Dr. Pineda was very kind and straight to the point when trying to understand the severity of the weakness in my legs and scheduled an MRI. The results from the x-rays were notated well enough for me to understand why my feet swell so often. I look forward to my follow up appointments to address treatment plans for my shins and feet, and hope to receive a referral for my hips down to my knees.

[redacted] This was my first time meeting her she did not apologize for being late no one in Her office did either she did not intrudes her self just walked into room and started asking questions. I felt that she was rushed and somewhat not interested in my questions.

You know, it was a good experience. Everybody was very professional, very kind, very attentive, smiling even. It was a good experience.

The provider was an 1hr late and provided no updates as to their expected time to see me. I had to take off work which caused issues. They also did NOT introduce themselves when they came into the room. This was the first time I'd ever met them and I had no clue who was entering the room, whether it was the Dr., PA, or Nurse. It was a pleasure meeting Dr Pineda. She listened to all my concerns and set up a plan to address my concerns. Happy with the overall experience. Looking forward to getting better.

Very professional and informative

I'm nervous because I don't know what my appointment is for today. I think it's to clear me for surgery Wednesday, but that wasn't explained to me. The provider also shared that she prescribes very little pain medicine. Historically pain is under medicated in women. Without knowing how much I'll need it seemed like a weirdly premature conversation.

Very pleasant. She took time to examine my foot, explain the procedure and answer my questions. No list of what I needed from my primary provider. When I have had surgery before the surgeon ordered all labs etc to be done at their facility. My only complaint would be lack of information for patients as to what they need for postop at home to make it easier to manuever on one leg.

Hi, it was a great experience with this doctor and I believe with either a PA or the person who came in prior, they took a lot of information. I've been to a couple of different orthopedic podiatrist offices and this is the one that really gave me the information that I needed and took the time to explain things and really understand and provide me with a good solution going forward. And that just means everything and I will definitely be going back to this doctor and her team and also the facility, which was excellent.

Dr Pineda was clear and direct with her communication, and I felt very validated in my traumatic injury experience. She was very honest about what my options are and what she would recommend, listening carefully to my concerns and addressing all of them. I only wish that I had visited Dr Pineda sooner in my journey
