The doctor was very open and helpful with any concerns that my husband and I have about my condition! The nurse was great at making me relax during cognitive tests!

I also appreciated their emphasis on getting us connected with other helpful resources in the community. Both had a very good "bedside" manner and coordinated the visit very smoothly.

[redacted] I found him to be thorough in asking about [redacted] health, his stage of dementia, and how it affects the family. He offered some good recommendations and gave me material to review as well as referrals for caregiver support and programs that [redacted] might benefit from.

I thought my office visit with Dr. Jani and his associate was excellent. I have no complaints. I feel that I was treated very kindly. Questions were relevant. The dialogue was very thorough. The visit was very satisfactory.

My mother has dementia and is unable to fill this summery out. I am her daughter and Health Care Proxy and sit in on all of her medical appointments. Her Geriatric Doctor is the best. He questions my mother and spends time with me and another family member. He is a great listener and is so helpful with suggestions and outside help for my family. He is gentle with my mother and speaks calmly. She really does not understand their conversations, but I take notes. He is very caring and is concerned about her safety. The nurse spends time with my mother and she is wonderful. I am so happy and fortunate our doctor suggested going to see this specialist. We have been to this geriatric doctor four times. In between our visits, the nurse and I have been in contact with each other over the phone. I can't say enough about this medical deparatment.

The provider for the sleep study met me at the entrance door and guided me to the appropriate area. He told me what to expect during the study. I had it before, so I knew what to expect. I slept well and was discharged in the morning.

Doctor Jani and the staff are very patient oriented and have made our visits pleasant. They are good listeners and are easy to speak with. In addition, the information on the patient which is collected beforehand, makes the appointment worthwhile.

I was 30 minutes late arriving for my appointment, due to relying on GPS. I was very apologetic and both Dr. Jani and the nurse were very polite. Dr. Jani had to shorten what he had planned to cover in the visit. He was very nice about it. I really enjoyed my time with him and was sorry it was shortened. I look forward to the next visit.
