I went through many many providers, searching for a primary care doctor with not only knowledge, but a great bedside manner, and I've found an absolute gem in Dr. Chaponis. She goes above and beyond for her patients and is extremely thorough and caring.

Well, they are excellent, they do their job well.

The only feedback I have is that the nurse, or whoever it was before I saw the doctor, didn't know the Massachusetts state laws for Covid vaccines, which doctor Chaponis, clarified for me and knew with certainty. If I didn't challenge this, it seemed like I might have ended up not being eligible for a Covid vaccine by mistake.

My care provider is truly wonderful. She is compassionate, attentive, and always takes the time to listen carefully to my concerns. I never feel rushed, and she makes me feel valued and understood at every appointment. Her kindness and professionalism set her apart; she truly is the best.

Every time I go to that office, I'm always super pleased with how I'm treated there. Dr. Chaponis is above and beyond any doctor I've ever had before. She's terrific.

Only that she cares. My wife passed away 7 months ago and she called me personally to offer her condolences out of the blue
