Dr Willard spent a lot of time with me, as I must make a decision on next steps. She explained everything clearly and with care. She is supposed to contact my cardiologist to confer about a medication she would like me to use and then get back to me with more information. I am still waiting to hear back from her.

Dr Willard is such a good communicator. She listens attentively. Goes over lab results carefully and offers concrete suggestions/solutions for care. This is a doctor who will never dismiss your concerns and seems to truly want the best outcomes for her patients.

We LOVE Dr. Willard. She knows our history before she walks in the room. Very pleasant, always explains things. Fights for us to get us qualified for the medications we needed. She is what an old timey document was and what not too many doctors have the time to be now.

Unfortunately, my PCP is not part of NWH portal so all of my medical history was not available to review. Some was faxed over asap but much was just not able to be sent on such a short notice.

She is a great doctor and really knows her stuff! We have to change medications and do things a little differently and she explains everything so wonderfully.

She is professional, cared about my issue. Glad I have her as my doctor.

Dr. Willard spent a significant amount of time with me and was very patient and understanding. I do feel that being an older patient that some of her questions especially about when I and why I had fractures was too challenging for me as I only remember when the most recent fractures occurred and what had happened to cause them.

After I left, she found the time to rereview my records since I spent two months in the hospital last year. She found a note regarding an issue and she acted on it before I left the parking lot. The receptionist was strangely pushy about getting my pump data ahead of my next televisit she was scheduling. She was saying I had to come in if she couldn't get it. Seems like overkill if they have my Dexcom data. Didn't love that.

Dr Willard is wonderful. She is a very patient centered provider. Extremely responsive to any questions and/or concerns you, as the patient, may have. She is always forward thinking always discussing her plans if whatever she has recommended for you fails as to what she will do if that happens. I'm very grateful having Dr Willard as my provider.

Dr Willard is the best Diabetes doctor I have ever been seen by!!

Definitely prepared to guide me... I am very impressed with her. She already knew my recent medical history of 8 compressions in my back. She went over my current meds, advised to eat at least 1200 ml of calcium a day...handed me a list of foods that. Kind help me achieve that goal... then follow up exams with her.

Dr. Willard correctly diagnosed my condition and worked with me to make lifestyle changes that significantly improved my condition without the use of additional medication. Her recommendations were simple and clearly made sense and were acceptable for me given my age, busy lifestyle and work related stress. Yes, this care provider took her time. She explained all the different types of medication that if I were to go on a bone density medication, but we also discussed the pros and cons and whether or not at this time that I actually needed it. And she ordered up some x-rays and blood work to confirm, further confirm whether I would need a bone density medication or not. At this point, we're holding off to do recommend to repeat one blood test. And she spent quite a bit of time. It's the first time seeing her. I felt very comfortable. She's, you know, very brilliant and but yet down to earth, I would highly recommend her and I plan to follow up with her in a year and a half to see if at that point I would need to be on some type of bone density.
