Everything was fantastic about the nurse, doctor, and visit. The only thing that bothered me was that the doctor did not wear gloves when he was examining my chest, which made me a little uncomfortable. Other than that, everything was great.

Having facial feminization surgery was first surgery I have ever had in my life. Dr. O'Brien was very warm and let me know I was in good hands. [redacted] During recovery I had a little anxiety and still the staff was GREAT AND I AM THANKFUL TO HAVE HAD THEM!

Dr. Coon has great bedside manner. He listened to me carefully and answered all of my questions. For this particular procedure I would personally have preferred a bit longer between this preop consult and the surgery.
