I'm seeing my pup as I'm concerned to follow through about the feeling with my tongue and canker sores. The medicine e given at this visit did help but not completely.

Best ENT! Very knowledgeable and helpful!

To begin with, I was unavoidably detained so was late arriving for my appointment. I called ahead to communicate that and Dr Ruiz stayed 15 minutes late to wait for me. Even though I was late, the office staff were kind, efficient and courteous. Additionally, Dr Ruiz allowed me all the time that was needed to carefully listen to my history and symptoms. He also gave me all the time that was necessary to explain about the new medications he was ordering that would help me. I am so very appreciative of the good experience I had, and the kindness and courtesy that was shown to me. I'd like to add that the treatment prescribed by Dr Ruiz has helped immensely to improve a condition that has negatively impacted my quality of life for a very long time! I am feeling much better - in only a few days decades of discomfort have diminished significantly! I couldn't be more pleased. I'm hoping and praying that this treatment is a permanent cure without complications going forward. I've already recommended Dr Ruiz to a friend who is in need of his care.

I saw Dr. Ruiz one time previously for an ear issue. I was referred to a different MD for a throat issue which was the reason for this visit. I chose to drive an extra 45 minutes to see Dr. Ruiz. He asks probing questions and listens thoroughly to the answer. He takes immediate steps to address the issue at hand. He explains multiple possibilities for his diagnosis and provides a plan to methodically try to find the right treatment. He is professional at all times and is one of the best MD's I've seen.

I have not seen this provider before however it was evident that he reviewed my chart and was able to discuss my current concerns in an open way.

Dr. Ruiz was wonderful. He listened. He's very knowledgeable. I feel totally comfortable with him. He gave great advice and I absolutely would recommend him to family and friends.

Visit with doc was quick.....not sure it needed to be longer.....i guess its is because there are no treatments for bad hearing....but still it felt like something positive could have been said....stem cell research update or something....

I walked in with a problem and no appointment. They helped me out immediately and then fit me in for a hearing test. I would say this was all EXCEPTIONAL! I appreciated been seen without an appointment since I was in the building and had the day off from work. Thank you

Nothing really i was very happy

Dr Ruiz is an outstanding provider. This is my second visit with him and I find him to be thoughtful, caring, and extremely competent. He takes the time to listen and then facilitates everything that needs to be done, from providing immediate access to a hearing exam to taking care of prescriptions, and finally interpreting results and recommending where to access hearing aids. Wish all doctors were like Dr Ruiz.
