I have a very complicated medical situation with a lot of, I guess you'd call them comorbidities and particularly blood centers. And I appreciate how concerned and careful in his approach the doctor was for my situation, even though I would prefer the best possible outcome and the most aggressive approach. But he reined me back in.

I meet many specialists either my diseases but Dr Orgil is perhaps the nicest person I've had the pleasure to meet. He is graciously polite and empathetic to my needs. This was a scary process walking into this office but an extremely pleasant experience all the way around. On to the surgery Dr Orgil!

Dr. Orgil did not listen to me or the nurses about the fact that I have MS and cannot walk. And he said what I should be doing is walking. It's kind of hard to do something you can't. And I was very upset about that. [redacted]

Everyone was very kind and helpful to me. The Physician Assistant made me feel very comfortable and not embarrassed. The Medical Assistant was very kind as well. They both helped me a lot. Dr Orgill was great. he told me that there were three different options to think about.

Well, I'm doing a procedure that I've never ever done and that can be scary. Sometimes I have three children. The fact that your facility can make me feel comfortable is in itself a compliment. The doctor is doing the procedure when you look him up being one of the best Also gives everybody peace of mind.

This doctor lacks the patient -centered skills [redacted]. Poor communicator. Did not shake hands or call me by name. He ignored my daughter who was present. [redacted] He did not make eye contact but spoke to the opposite wall. He outlined 2 options, neither of which he recommended. I felt dismissed.

I was sent to him because of a chronic wound that wouldn't heal since [redacted]. My doctors and wound care center sent all my records before hand for him to look over, sadly he didn't look at any of them. He had no idea why I was there or what I had been through all ready. I was sent to him as a last result and he didn't bother to look at my records. He looked at the wound from afar and didn't even get a close look at it. [redacted]

"bedside manner" was a bit flat. Moved through the appointment quickly.

I'm sure the provider is a very talented doctor. He just seemed to be generally uninterested in working with me and not the best at explaining answers to my uneducated questions about closure options after a Mohs surgery. I just think we were on two different wavelengths. Ultimately I don't think I'll be using his services, as we somewhat jointly agreed they may not be necessary if the Mohs surgeon is talented enough.

Was referred to Dr Orgill 6 weeks postpartum for complications from my cesarean section. He spent a couple of minutes reviewing the reason for my referral. He alluded to my weight making me a poor candidate for surgery & then the majority of the appointment talking to me about weight loss options & coming back to him for skin removal after I've lost a significant amount of weight. If I was coming in to discuss an elective surgery this conversation would have been less crazy. However, coming in newly postpartum and being referred for a significant, non-elective issue made the topic of weight loss & skin removal feel callous, disingenuous & tone deaf. I told him more than once I was not in his office to discuss weight loss or skin removal with him. Overall inappropriate, harmful & unhelpful.

My procedure was scheduled at a very convenient time for me. My procedure was done in a very professional manner. No pain and no problem. I was into and out of my appointment in an appropriate time and manner. All were very professional and kind
